Terms & Conditions for Chevy Paws Dog Services Pty Ltd
Operations
- Full Day Day Care Hours are between 7.15am – 6.00pm.
- Half Day Day Care Hours are either from 7.15am – Midday for morning half days
- All dogs must be 25kg or under to attend Chevy Paws Dogg Day Care. Some exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the owner.
- Dogs may be mixed with a wide variety of breeds throughout the day and owners must accept that their dog will be in the same pen as a variety of breeds and sizes
Consent
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that any and all photos and videos of your dog/s can be used in any form of advertising, social media, general media and print by Chevy Paws Dog Services Pty Ltd and any associated companies conducting promotion or advertising on our behalf and also any companies ChevyPaws provides license to.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions you provide your consent that your dog/s can interact with staff of Chevy Paws Dog Care Pty Ltd in anyway we deem necessary including but not limited to walks outside of the centre, time outs if required, and one on one time with staff.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions you provide consent for Chevy Paws Dog Care Pty Ltd to feed your dog/s with a variety of dog foods we provide (generally treats during training)
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions you provide consent for your dog/s to associate with groups and visitors to Chevy Paws Dog Care at the discretion of ChevyPaws Staff.
Recurring Bookings
- Recurring bookings are appointments scheduled for set days over 12-week blocks. They will be renewed until Chevy Paws is directed by email otherwise.
- Changes can be made to a recurring appointment up to 24hrs prior to the start of the appointment free of charge (i.e. change of day for that week).
- Any changes to a recurring appointment within 24hrs of the start of the appointment will incur a $5 charge, and may also be subject to the below cancellation policy charges.
- Recurring bookings are to be scheduled by emailing amy@chevypaws.com.au with selected days.

Cancellation and Late Fees
- Cancellations are required to be made before 6pm the day before the appointment (free of charge)
- Any Cancellations after 6pm the day before the appointment will be charge full appointment rate.
- No shows will be charged full day care rate.
- Any late pickups will be charged in $10 per 10 minutes blocks. I.e. if you pick up between 6pm-6.10pm you will be $10 additional to the days fees, between 6.10pm & 6.20pm will be $20 additional. These fees are not so we can profit from these incidents but to pay a staff member to remain with your dog in the event you are late and also deter late pickups.
- If your dog has not been picked up within 30minutes of closing we reserve the right to take the dog away from the premises and the dog can be either picked up from a location designated by the last staff member at the centre or the following day for an additional $200 charge.
Payments & Direct Debit
- By ageing to the terms and conditions you agree to supply details using the Direct Debit Request form for the purpose of direct debiting outstanding accounts in fortnightly periods.
- Direct Debit amounts will be calculated using the total of the outstanding RunLoyal invoices for the previous 2 weeks of services and goods. If you disagree with any of the amounts invoiced via RunLoyal you need to inform ChevyPaws via email within 72hrs of receiving the invoice and prior to the Direct Debit Payment run.
- ChevyPaws reserves the right to recoup any dishonor fees from customers if direct debit payments decline.
Health
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated (Dog C5) of Vaccinations prior to attending and proof of this is to be provided through the ChevyPaws App.
- All dogs must be at least 14 weeks of age or older
- All dogs 6 months or older must be spayed or neutered (desexed). No exceptions will be made.
- All Dogs are to be fully up to date with vaccinations at the time of drop off each day or stay. Photographic proof of all vaccinations is to be uploaded into the Chevy Paws app.
- All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
Liability
- Any person bringing a dog onto our premises or leaving a dog in our care accepts that the Registered Owner of the dog assumes complete and total liability for any harm or damages that occur to other dogs, people or property resulting from aggressive, dangerous and unacceptable behaviour including but not limited to biting, scratching and clawing.
- Chevy Paws reserves the right to refuse daycare services to any dog at any stage
- You agree to pay for all veterinary costs if required while in the care of Chevy Paws Dog Services
- You agree to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the dog while it is in ChevyPaws care.
- Under no circumstances will ChevyPaws, its employees or agents be responsible for paralysis tick, canine influenza, injury, loss, damage or death of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission of ChevyPaws, its employees or agents, that may occur to any dog staying at Chevy Paws Dog Services.
